During my pregnancy Sal assessed my nutritional needs and provided me with a concise and easy to follow plan to help me get the energy I needed from my diet in order to remain fit and healthy during my pregnancy and beyond. I also have a very active young son, so having energy to keep him amused is a must! Following Sal's advice I was able to tweak some of what I was eating and get excellent results, feeling healthier with more get up and go.

Sal helped me sort out my everyday health problems, she is nurturing, caring, professional and educated and so wonderful to deal with, I would highly recommend her services to anyone with health concerns

I found Sal to be very thorough and professional when I had a consultation with her recently.  She was proactive in identifying the source of my health issues and the action plan she came up with has already started making a big difference to my wellbeing.  
I would definitely recommend Sal for nutritionist advice.
