Golden! Came for ground coffee for our camper. Couldn’t believe what a gem this place is. On our walk, we passed a menagerie with bird life galore, plus a couple of pigs and guinea pigs. Inside were more birds and stacks of plants, with a few peace lilies and anthuriums faves. On our way back to the car near the tourist info stop we passed goats, alpaca and ponies. The coffee was so good we went back on our way home. This being a Sunday, they had a guy playing the guitar and singing. There’s a children’s indoor play centre, a fabulous cafe/licensed restaurant and lots to look at. If the food is anything like to e coffee, you’re in for a treat. Plenty of parking for all vehicles. Great for plant & animal lovers and of course foodies.
Fab place for breakfast and coffee! A lot of beautiful birds here. Coffee was rich and delicious and breakfast was quick, hot and also delicious. A great place to take kids or go on your own and check out the large Avery unfortunately shut on this particular Saturday.
We had a quick breakfast here with egg bennie and french toast. Both are good just a bit stingy on the strawberry part. The service is ok, if you have kids, there are plenty of animals around to entertain them, they also have cockatoos, different birds, goat, hamster, chicken etc at the back. The staff’s really nice. A bit quiet at the moment due to Covid I suppose.
Probably the best cafe I've come across. Lots of things to see & entertain the kids with including playgrounds. Very nice coffee! A must stop when travelling north/south.
What a gem! This place was recommended by a nice lady at information centre, Airlie Beach. So we did today. Oohh my..ohhh my! The place was amazing! They have their own animal farm that you can browse leisurely while you are there. It's a must to visit while you are in the area. The staff were polite, friendly and quick. The place was clean, so green with lovely hanging plants and gorgeous birds around! The food looked delicious as we saw people picking up their orders. We did have coffee and mine was the most delicious affogato I have ever had so far!! The coffee was the best! We will definitely come back again and try the menu
