Our small local firm specialises in the areas of Property Law, Family Trusts, Wills, Estates, Commercial and Family Law as well as advising on many other legal issues affecting everyday New Zealanders.

Very disappointed with the service from whitmarsh law over the past. 16 months being one of Paul's first clients I have found it hard to change lawyers  but when buying land selling a house and need advice about a trust you need someone to listen and give good advice

I have known Paul for many years. He is a fabulous lawyer and very caring to his clients. Used Jordan from Whitmarsh Law for will drafting and with help buying our first home.  I can't recommend Jordan and Whitmarsh Law enough, I don't thing I've had to wait more than 24 hours to a response often only a few hours.  Jordan always manages to explain everything is such a simple, easy to digest way which is a god send when it comes to some of the legal documentation.  Once again, highly recommend Whitmarsh Law.
