Telephoned today for a referral for a covid test. The receptionist was very abrupt and said that they only had a doctor available tomorrow!!! Just needed a referral. Very disappointing.
Very kind and accessible health care for families . All reception staff and practitioners are professional and kind. Really nice people.
Dont bother I made a appointment for 7:15 am thinking that i would be seen quickly, After waiting for 30 minutes beyond my appointment time i left and will not be returning to this surgery. I understand Doctors are busy, But they also need to understand that other people are busy. and do not appreciate our time being wasted.
Always good Dr's shame they no longer do walk-in's but I guess this will help with appointment time-keeping.
All doctors are knowledgeable and friendly. Bulk billing and easy to get an appointment.

Can't recommend Dr Mulyadi highly enough. I have recommended lots of friends to see him as well. He is so patient and thorough and will not give in until he makes you better or sorts out any issues that you have come in with. The reception and Dr Rafik Mansour are great too.
An excellent practise with amazing doctors, only issue is the oxxasional overbooking. Expect to wait 20min-1hr over your appointed time. If you decide to leave you still get billed.
