Got my thesis bound in both hardcover and softcover. Communication was very good and the quality of the products is excellent. The website is a little daunting, but I was able to get my questions answered while I filled it out.

Exceptional product that turned out exactly as I requested - which was no mean feat considering the specifics of my particular order! All my emails were responded to promptly and two outstanding leather-bound copies of my Mother's novel with gold foiled title and borders turned up very soon after I placed my order delivered with vast amounts of bubble-wrap and cardboard to ensure no damage happened on the way to Perth from the Eastern States. Well worth it for the stellar result and incredible service; they even fast-tracked the print to ensure it was completed in time for Christmas! Definitely recommended by me and my family :

I had an exceptional great experience with White's Law Bindery and with Tony Truong, who handles theses binding. In the week leading up to my thesis submission, I contacted all possible binding providers. White’s was the one with the best turnaround and Tony was exceedingly responsive to each email inquiry. Tony was very enthusiastic and the service didn't end when I paid. I had stalled until the Sunday before a Monday submission, and found the online submission system easy to use. The rush turnaround charge was reasonable and my work was done by 2pm on Monday and I was able to submit it without filing for an extension. I was contacted several times throughout the day, via different methods to let me know about progress and the extra charge. The printing and binding was done perfectly for color and landscape pages. The quality was excellent. And then today, my scholarship office had a request for a different type of receipt, and again Tony was all over it. Fast. Responsive. Perfectly what I needed. The quality, price and responsiveness of your shop is unparalleled. Wow.
Excellent place. I've had a few books printed and bound here, every single time they astonish me with the quality of their printing and binding. Staff are very friendly and super helpful, they will always assist you with anything, and are very easy to understand and know what they're doing and talking about. Printing and binding is expensive, while these guys might seem expensive, the quality of the final piece of work is great, and you definitely get what you pay for compared to other places around. Also quoted maximum of a week turn around and the book was ready for collection in just over 24 hours.
