My dealings with whiteboards direct was absolutely fantastic they were prompt in replying to my original inquiry, to the mock ups, they worked with me every step of the way converting my design and measurements to the most professional boards. Pricing is very reasonable and everyone says how great they look.. I highly recommend using this company. Catherine from Queensland health
Please be aware of this business! To even give one star is generous. My partner made a purchase of an RC car in November 2021 that stated it was available in stock online, and then there were numerous issues with the item being delivered in store to collect. That alone took 4 months of continuous emails about when the product will arrive and given multiple excuses and false dates. We are then told that they can refund the item, but this has been going back and forth since February to get a refund. They have sent through a false receipt for the first time they said the refund went through, and then fail to produce a receipt for the other refund methods they claim to have processed, but in fact nothing has been refunded at all. So now, nearly a year since dealing with this issue, nothing has been resolved, and have to now report it. On top of this, my calls are now being ignored and no one will speak to me directly. PLEASE be aware of dealing with them, they are more than happy to take your money, but fail to give you your product or let alone a refund.
If I could give zero stars i would. Stay away from this company. Any 5 star reviews must be fake. This company is a sham. I ordered 2 whiteboards being told it would be a 5 day turnaround. I paid and waited. Then got told the items haven't arrived so we waited some more. Two weeks passed we were told there were delays at the port. Then the items were supposedly ready to be delivered, then they changed the delivery day multiple times only to tell me that the items haven't even arrived yet. So completely lied. They finally said again the items would be delivered, going on 4 weeks later. The delivery never made it. Never ever have I received such terrible and unreliable service. This company is a scam, please for your sanity stay far away!!
My experience with WBD has been nothing but exceptional. We came to them with request of custom boards, multiple sizing/multiple artworks, the team here promptly engaged with us and provided our boards to us within promised time frames. We will defiantly be back to purchase more, we can't recommend this company anymore if we tried. Cheers guys!
We ordered a 1200 x 1200 whiteboard for the gym at work, which we liked that much that we decided to purchase 2 more @ 2700 x 1200 for the boardrooms. We love them!!! Great customer service & easy delivery too. Overall very happy :
Worst company I have ever dealt with. If you have to deal with this company ask for Katie she’s friendly and polite and she seems to be the only one that does anything about issues and resolved my issue for me. I recently purchased a toy ride on car I was assured that it was going to be delivered before a first birthday I was attending 3 months later I’m still chasing them for a refund on my money $700 later and I still haven’t seen my money yet. Worst company to deal with been told lies after lies about there “ accounts team only working Friday’s” . Which my money will be paid then and that’s a complete lie as I haven’t gotten my money back DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY ABSOLTUE SCAM. My guess is I’ll never get my money back

Horrible experience. I called before ordering and was told it would take 2-3 days to make the boards and another 3-4 days for delivery, despite Melbourne being in lock down. The reverse was true and it took almost 3 weeks for the boards to get made. My expected delivery date kept getting pushed out, and the boards were finally transported to Sydney a week after the expected delivery date. However, on the first day of attempted delivery, the parcel was returned to depot without any attempt of delivery. I called them the next day and was told it would be delivered the next day. Again, there was no updates of a delivery the next day and after making 3 calls to Toll, they informed me that they had lost my delivery and the second delivery request was stuck in the system and not pushed through. I would have appreciated honesty right off the bat if the boards could not be manufactured in a suitable manner. I ordered these boards for business purposes and it has caused endless frustration and productivity loss.
Recently ordered a whiteboard and the experience was one of the most pleasant I've ever had dealing with a company. They were happy to cut the board to my exact measurements, not close but exactly what I needed. And the postage was incredibly cheap for the size and distances involved. Absolutely fantastic company and brilliant customer service from Katie.
Ordered whiteboards 2 weeks ago and was very impressed with the quality. They delivered earlier than promised. The installers were professional, even removing rubbish onsite and existing boards on our office walls free of charge.
