Sent my jacket to clean the collar and cuffs and they weren't clean. The guy didn't care, ripped me off, very rude

He completely ruined a white dress of mine. Made me pay before I received it back, $50!! The dress also smelt like whatever he had for lunch that day.

Destroyed an extremely expensive silk camisole and blamed the customer entirely, claiming the item was delivered in this condition. No compensation or apology and I was still expected to pay. Wouldnt recommend whatsoever!!!

Made my suit stink of chemicals, took it elsewhere in Richmond to get it done again and the second place said they would fix it for free.
