Prices are reasonable. But flavour and texture are not authentic. Pineapple fried rice was very soggy. The rest of the food are just bearable. Try somewhere else
First time in Bunbury, had a sumptuous dinner at White Elephant Thai Restaurant. My son rated it 9/10 for the three dishes we have had.Plus a very friendly lady in the front desk is a bonus.We'll definitely come back.
Efficient and warm service! Food was quite delicious and authentic, but a little pricey given the portions. Would recommend the duck with plum sauce, as well as tom yam soup to anyone who visits :- Will be back for dinners!
The food was lovely, plentiful and fast! We were the last table for the night arriving 15 minutes late at 7.45pm with only 2 other parties in the place 9pm close. Table service from the young staff was friendly and efficient to the extent they were empowered. I'm guessing the front of house manager was having a bad day, or just keen to get home? Let's just say the food was the feature Would have been 4 stars, minus 2 as management attitude spoiled the night. We'll try elsewhere next time, and if we return, it will be for takeaway. Eating out is about much more than the food.
Been here many times in 2019 and again in 2022, tried multiple dishes and i will say that they have maintained consistency in the excellent food they serve. Cant comment on authenticity as i am not of Thai origin, but all the dishes are very flavoursome, tasty, freshly prepared and of very generous proportions.. highly, highly recommend this place for both lunch and dinner if you are ever in Bunbury..
Fantastic atmosphere and beautiful service by the whole team. I ordered a warm beef salad and the flavour was good, however I could have used some citrus, like a lime wedge, the items in the salad were super chunky and not beautiful and finely cut, so rather getting a balance of flavor on my fork I had 1 chunky piece of spring onion. I will definitely be back, but probably not for a salad. Vegetarian options: Tofu is available if you ask. You can swap out or remove any meat upon request.

Been here about 7 times now and keep going back for their formidable service as well as most delicious Thai Food in South West. the Decor also takes me back to Thailand. Absolutely love this place. Will definitely be seeing them again! :
I was in a group of five last night at the White Elephant. We shared the dishes, which were all delicious, my favourites being the Pad Thai and Yellow Curry. Both were mild with chicken. Chee Choo Fish and Pad Mee with Prawns were favourites of others in the group, who like their Thai with a bite. The staff were attentive and I give my compliments to the chef.
