I was looking for a specific gardening book and the young lady really put herself out to help. Successfully found what I was looking for.

They have more variety of jigsaw puzzles compare to city branch and new market branch. They also have many board games, I bought Sushi go here.

Very good customer service. I went to there to shop for my daughters stationery. One staff came over and asked if I needed any help even tho he was busy with stocking up. I told him I needed to find the list of items and he helped me with the list. i was amazed at how patience he was in helping me find the list and guided me with the options as well. He was very helpful and if i ever needed to buy any other stationeries, i will go back to Whitcoulls only. same day i went to warehouse stationery, the staff was rude and didn't even wanted to help me a all. just pointed to the direction where i can located the items until i told him that i already looked and could locate it. he had to search up in computer to help me and giving me the inpatient attitude. comparing the two stores, Whitcoulls is highly recommended. helpful and patient with every customer.

Very interesting the range of books for everyone ... there is not reason for not read one of those! Also the varieties of puzzles...but still can't find puzzles with New Zealand images... any idea?
