BURNT MY HAIR!! I would of preferred to email instead of leaving a review but no contact details can be found. I went in for a wash and blowave and they have completely fried my hair. Penny was the hairdresser I had. I did notice how hot the blow dryer was as I flinched about ten times from her burning my scalp. I got in the car and could smell burnt hair, after running my hands through my hair I have chunks of fully singed hair. I am actually beyond devastated. After reading so many of these reviews, this place needs to be shut, there is no way these people are qualified hairdressers. And clearly do not try to remedy any of these complaints. Had an amazing experience! Penny is extremely lovely and did a wonderful job on my hair!!! She listened to what I wanted and delivered it beautifully. Highly Recommended!
I cant even justify 1 star for this mob. Back on may 31st 2022 I used their service. The music was incredibly loud, and while putting the keratin in my hair and combing it through, the way they were so rough, practically ripping the comb through my already thick hair, was quite painful. The assistant was on a video call and both the guy and girl were horsing around. They were rude and a bit obnoxious and when giving me a trim, they apparently couldn't cut straight and both side were uneven. They basically rushed the entire job because it was close to closing time. They should not have started if it was too late. Worse $250 I ever spent.Service: Keratin treatments
The customer service at this hair salon is the worst ever I had ever experienced. I simply wanted a quote on the balayage for my hair color. The guy was styling other woman’s hair and addressing my questions. He clearly doesn’t know the abc of customer service or how to talk to client neither can understand me and made me feel like I have an accent. He sounded very racist. I wish i could give this hair salon a 0 but I don’t have that option. All I had was one simple question: - i need a QUOTE for color balayage hair cut dry and blow. I don’t think giving a quote on that one is a difficult task. It was literally a waste of my time. All in all an open feedback try to listen to your clients and stop interrupting them while they’re trying to answer your question. Id rather pay 100$ Or more for a good customer service than ever recommend this place to any of my friend circle for even as small as an inquiryService: Hair coloring
The most unprofessional hairdressing experience ever. Went for cut & toner but other services suggested . I agreed but said I only had 2 hours available as I had to get a flight. 3 hours later the stylist had left me at a basin and disappeared! Lunch with her mother apparently. I had to make a scene to get my hair rinsed, no cut, no blowdry and charged $230. Was quoted $270 inc cut and blowdry. Never again. Staff act like they're hanging out at someone's place. After reading other reviews can't believe they're still in business.Service: Hair coloring
Walked out very unhappy about colour, cut ,and price, Didn't get a choice on colour of foils she just did them, cut uneven I have longer bits hanging down. Colour still on my neck and ears, she pulled my fringe down to cover brown stain still showing on my face, because she was so sloppy, Price advertised as $130 I was charged $202,even pointed to what I wanted .Will I go back never!
DON'T GO HERE! Sold me a hair product called Made, I asked if this is Mum and they lied saying that Muk changed their name to this. When I asked to return it they refused. Very rude staff and complete liars. Avoid this place at all costs!
Went to do a hair color and explained them what i wanted by showing a picture last picture and it ended up like this. JUST NOTHING!!! What a waste of my money $130 just for NOTHING…. Pls don’t do these type of things to any customer.
Penny is the great hairstylist I have ever met. She is so gentle and kind. Great customer service and excellent work. I am very well satisfied with her service. Will definitely come next time.Services: Curly hair
