We wanted to check out the vibe food and drinks at this place and came out of it with mixed feelings. We had 2 paddles which was great, pizzas were average, felt a bit short changed on the small portion of the greek salad we ordered for $29, chargrilled octopus was well seasoned and tasty, but again thought was a bit small. Service was attentive up to the point when food is served, you are then pretty much on your own which was fine. Ambiance was red dark hues with loud music which was louder where the stage is located, thankfully we were away and managed to still have a conversation! Great place i guess to finish the day after a fast ferry ride from the city!

This restaurant is spacious, filled with natural light, and enjoys a lovely sea breeze. We went for lunch, and while it wasn’t busy, the service felt a bit lacklustre. We had to go up to the bar to get a server’s attention to place our order, and later, when we wanted to add more dishes, we had to return to the bar again.nnOf the food we tried, the steak was the standout; the rest were just okay. The beer, however, saved the day—it was smooth and crisp.

I think the experience really depends on what you order. The oysters were absolutely wonderful — fresh and beautifully done. I’ve also visited during the day before and the atmosphere was genuinely lovely. One staff member in particular was incredibly warm and welcoming, and a simple smile truly goes a long way.nnUnfortunately, last night’s meals didn’t quite meet expectations. The chicken pie was quite expensive yet contained very little chicken, and for the price point, it would have felt far more complete and worthwhile if it had been served with sides such as peas and mash. The fish and chips also had potential, though the fish was noticeably oily and may have been better grilled.nnWe also requested takeaway for part of the meal, which seemed unexpectedly difficult to arrange.nnI will return because the venue itself has a beautiful atmosphere and there are certainly positives worth appreciating, however I did leave feeling disappointed by the food quality overall, particularly given the pricing and the expectations that came with it.

Burger was delicious massive and really filling… and I got it from 4 pines.nnSeriously just go across the road to 4 pines for better beer and way better food… and for a cheaper price.nnI paid $46 for an average tasting pint and a kids size burger that looked like a McDonald’s burger. What has this world come to.nnAnd on top of everything, I was left waiting at an empty bar because the staff were too busy flirting with each other to serve me.

Great venue and great pizza!!!nWe had the prosciutto pizza and chips.nnPizza and beer with an ocean view = the perfect Sunday nTheir pizza looked like one of the popular menu items, and it was cooked in a pizza oven.nnWould definitely come back to try the other pizzas!
