Kia ora, I drove to Whangārei the other day 14/Apr on personal business, and ending up having to do some last minute photocopying.On the fly, I decided to drop into the library. I was greeted by a super helpful staff member who set me right on how to use a 'guest pass' . I was able to log in to a computer and access the documents I needed from my email then added credit to the guest pass to do my printing. Awesome customer service and excellent facilities - an easy 5 stars!

Had a great experience at Whangārei Central Library. The library is clean, quiet, and very well organized with a good range of books and resources. Staff are friendly, helpful, and welcoming. It’s a great place for studying, reading, or spending peaceful time with family. Really appreciate having such a nice community library in Whangārei.

Nice big choice of books and lots going on in there. Cafe is ok, nice coffee and snacks bit pricey I thought but I guess the pay a lot in rent!!nNice pleasant staff, busy at times
