Big warehouse with really high quality design focussed furniture and bedding. Didn't try the cafe but looked good. Not cheap and most pieces need large rooms so less suited for finding stuff for apartments unless its a big one
You'd think that a place that sells stone coffee tables for $48000 yes, 3 zeros would spend a little bit of money on some decent speakers so you don't get distortion while wandering around and looking at the beautiful furniture. But no, crackly Lady Gaga for everyone. Had a pretty tasty breakfast burrito at the cafe, outside section ideal on a sunny day.
I work close by so I drop in often for coffee or lunch. The furniture is certainly expensive but the displays are wonderful. Mostly I visit for the cafe, it is hit & miss. I have had really super delicious meals & things that I have discarded half of the ingredients @ about $25 for a small meal & drink it should always be a hit. A small group of collegues would go for the breakfast special, but that seems to have ended. The special menu was better than the regular menu, Weylandts should put a version of the breakfast egg & bacon roll on the menu, it was 5 star.
Not a good experience. We ordered a table in December 2016 which was supposed to arrive in February 2017, which turned in to May, which turned in to June. In the end we decided to get a full refund as they weren't able to guarantee a delivery date. Apparently the Manager was too busy to call us and we were the ones having to chase them up. Poor communication and we were thoroughly disappointed by the whole experience not to mention left without a table. My advice would be to ensure your order is in stock before ordering from this company.
The furniture is excellent, if you have the budget. There's just about something for every taste. Also the chicken burger is great. And the chips. And the coffee. And the fish tacos. Just go for lunch.
Customer service here is terrible. Staff seem fatigued by your queries. The culture there really seems shot. Also it takes months to get your products once ordered, and the delivery date keeps getting pushed out. The cafe is great though.
Great place , great food and amazing furniture.
Very disappointed with staffs lack of care On Sunday myself and my wife went and had lunch there and shopped in the furniture store afterwards. We have recently replaced most of our furniture in the apartment and we sighted a $1,600 mirror that we think would go perfectly inn the apartment. We spoke to the male staff member that was there and he suggested a appra benefit that they have where we can go into the shop during the week and collect the mirror take it home and if it is right for the apartment keep it if its not we simply bring it back. Considering the mirror was $1,600 we just did not want to purchase this if it was not right but felt the benefit was an ideal situation and was happy to leave the credit card details and sign a waiver if we damaged in any way we would be responsible. This morning i went to the shop to sign all the paperwork and hand over payment details and collect the mirror. I was then advised by the female staff member that this is something they do not do as the mirror has lights in it so this is considered as being a light not a mirror. I advised that the sales person on Sunday viewed the mirror and was fully aware that it had lights in the mirror. The lack of interest was really disappointed me as i fully believe this would have been perfect and your store just missed out on a $1,600 sale. Note i have purchased over $10,000 in furniture from this store over the past twelves months. If i do not get a response from this i will never shop of visit this shop again. All i simply want to do is to take this home to see if its the right size and feel for the apartment and be able to do what the staff advised me i could do on the Sunday and i made a special trip to collect on the Tuesday. Can't believe the genuinely interesting collection of furniture and art for sale here. The store trends to lean towards pieces with an eclectic African feel, but I reckon there's something for everyone here. Mostly real, high quality pieces instead of mass produced knock offs.
Very fancy, with a lot of different styles of furniture. Be prepared for your wallet to hurt if you want to buy anything. The cafe is great also, worth a trip.
