Just bought a new X5 from Michael Kang and we have really enjoyed our interactions with Michael from the first phone call to delivery as well as post-delivery. As a broker who buys cars for a living, the Team at Westside BMW is nothing short of outstanding. Just picked up our New iX3 and again the team are unbelievable. Summer Karen Kelly Mater and Alex have put it all together in 2 days. A monumental effort and all with the best personal service. Nothing was to much trouble. If your looking to purchase a quality vehicle they are a must to visit. We won’t even bother looking elsewhere in the future.
It was a pleasure to deal with Michael Kang at Westside showroom in purchasing my brand new BMW car in these challenging times. Michael made sure my car was delivered well before I anticipated. Nice to see BMW keep adding so many new features to their vehicles.
We first went to Westside BMW back in April, we ended up purchasing a 135i, which was on the boat and on its way. We couldn't fault Michael Kang's professionalism and can-do approach, nor the friendly Catherine on the front desk she makes great coffee too or the straightforward assistance from Kelli and Maree in Finance - whilst there was a bit of delay Michael continued to keep us up to date. Karen who does paint protection and tinting was awesome too. We were so impressed that on Saturday we went back to look at a car for me - and were grateful to deal with Michael again :. We test drove a 220i and Michael, and Justin were able to find us one which I picked up today. Sam did the handover and it was really nice to talk cars & track racing with her : We wouldn't have gone back for a 2nd car hadn't the team been so amazing and helpful! Additional thanks to the people who pre delivered the car.
Excellent all round service Michael and Xavier were helpful and very informative. The whole transaction was fast, efficient and trouble free. Both gentlemen and were a pleasure to deal with. This was the first BMW EV purchase from this dealer, and we were impressed with the attention to detail by Craig’s team. I would really like to share my appreciation of the level of service and professionalism that Craig Hickey displayed. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he made sure that I received everything that I asked for. I was kept informed as to the progress of my car that was being built and was made to feel very special when I took possession of it.
