went into westpac to buy oz money. to discover that westpac nz dollars are more valuable than ANZ nz dollars. got told they wouldn't sell me the money unless I was a westpac customer, my wife is but she was at work, so not good enough she had to be there, great customer service
Came in on a saturday hoping to withdrawal cash over the counter, i was told that was not able to happen as they had no cash in the safe. I then asked if it was possible to get a bank cheque, and was also told that was also not able to happen. Ended up driving to chartwell westpac where they were able to help me out. Seriously considering switching banks
Whilst standing in line I chatted with someone about how useless Westpac is. Then got spoken down to by one of the Asian staff. You have a choice is banks and a smart choice is not to use Westpac!
Worst bank in NZ, now Sunday banking in all of Waikato now, I work 6 days a week so I can't even use my bank now.... among many other complaints....
so since i hear that wespac is closing down its nz operations i ring the bank to ask what happens to my life insurance and kiwi saver....i still dont know because they wont answer the damn phone !!!!!
1 teller on....10 people in line and 4 consultants in rooms only 1 with clients. You really need to do better.
Good service all round, looks nice and close to shopping mall, needs to be open late night Thursdays but other than that its good
Why does Westpac NOT have a late night anywhere?
