John at the reception was very kind and smiling. He really add value to this branch. He deserves a pay raise.

Even one star is an over compliment. If you only need service at the counter, that should be fine. Anything more complicated than that , maybe forget about it. Been there twice other than transaction over the counter. First time was told they could not handle any enquiries about home loan, which contradicts to what I've seen online. It turned out that their home loan expert is fully booked for two weeks. I mean why not just say that in the first place but instead of deceving the customer? Second time staff clearly told me that they could not do what I asked for which conflicts to the information I got from my local branch. I asked and confirmed with the guy that I would like to have a call back to discuss about this issue . Waited for over 1 and half weeks. No one called. Hopefully my review could be helpful to other people. Cheers
