Phoned westpac to open bank account for my daughter. Was told I had to go into a Westpac bank in person with my 15 year old to open account. Have traveled over an hour to get here to be told we need to book appointment. Once again, poor service Westpac. So far behind the 8 ball. Your Australian counterparts are more on to it. Can open account online. Stop wasting people's time!
Went to get my 2 teenagers cash flow cards to be told no you have to make an appointment. I had to take kids out of school drive 20mins to be told no. So went back home went to kiwibank within 10mins my 2 teenagers had bank accounts an cards so thanku kiwibank! I have been with westpac my whole life think it's time for a change
Friendly people, went it to look for a spare clip for my backpack and they actually sell them while Katmandu doesn't. It's a fairly large store with a first glance mainly clothing articles.

They were polite helpful they got my bill sorted and got my new cards sorted
Not allowed to make appointments on the phone and they are impossible to call and make one. They won't ring back to make appointments either.
Really Rude staff . Trying to rush people to use the machines instead of being served.
