sooo rude. walked in this afternoon to make a savings account inquiry, only to get turned away saying we need an appointment before they will talk to us, being 30 minutes prior to closing time on a Friday afternoon, and in an empty bank with 3 employees behind desks, it was totally wrong for us to be turned away, ended up making an inquiry over the phone only to be told we did not need an appointment and what we were after could have definitely been done on the spot. Pure laziness and poor customer service. steer clear! The phone team were amazing and did what we needed done in 15 minutes, how difficult? :')
