Very poor service, waited for long time at front desk then went to cashier requested information and was told someone would call me soon and after almost one hour decided to leave as no one cared

Pop into this place and see the BEST business banker in Queensland! Dom Benz! Very knowledgeable, down to earth. Explained all of the options for me and my business perfectly. You would be crazy to go anywhere else
It does get busy quite often but every time I've been here the staff have been so kind and helpful and quick at dealing with my enquiries.
Don't know why they have a phone number listed, as they never answer and never respond to voicemail. They also seem unable to do basic arithmetic, a bit concerning for a bank! Try a different branch...
Never had too long a wait. Good service and staff.
