I've been coming to this branch for years and I've always been impressed! Friendly and helpful, the staff will go above and beyond. On a couple of occasions I've tried dealing with a complex issue over the phone or at another branch and it's never worked. Take the problem to Annie and she's sorted it out every time.
The staff here are very helpful, taking less than 5mins to close a credit account with zero fuss! No “why are you leaving questions” and even praising me for closing a credit account! Strange feeling, walking out of a bank smiling. Thanks ladies!
Staff were very obliging, and everything was handled quickly and easily.
ATM constantly eats notes without processing the deposit. Avoid at all costs.
