I had a self imposed blunder yesterday which left me with no online banking and hanging on the phone for 3 hours to the Westpac fraud team to no avail . After ringing several Westpac branches to be told that I had to deal with the fraud team only to get my account reopened . A call back from Rachael at the Ocean Grove branch.. and I was informed that she could help me out if I called in to her branch . I CAN NOT STRESS ENOUGH how friendly and helpful she was in getting me back banking again . Thanks Rachael ! Angels do walk the earth .
