Great service from the tellers but anything more than a basic enquiry forget about it. There are no available staff to complete the most basic of tasks that can’t be completed online. If I wasn’t forced to go into a branch I wouldn’t. Zero for service and things haven’t changed for years at this branch. They say that you need to make appointments to make enquires. You can’t call to make an appointment and no one is available at branch to make an appointment with so you are left waiting.
I was having some issues with an old joint account and Samuel Yose went above and beyond to help me with it. Amazing professional, couldn’t recommend him enough!
Came here this afternoon to ask a few questions about my account. Saw the customer queue line all the way out the door. I Approached the door, looked in, saw 6 unmanned tellers, only one teller open. Also saw another employee talking to someone outside the bank. I’ll phone up to ask my questions. Westpac needs more employees on shift, especially given the peak time of day. No service.

Had a appointment booked with Russel this morning. Gave us great advice with a real interest in helping our situation. Explained a few different options to best suit our circumstances. Restored our trust in Westpac after a lengthy process.
I have called this branch twice & left messages. No one has returned my call. Zero customer service.
The lady at the reception was so rude and cold. She didn't explain why I couldn't change the phone number associated with my account and just turned me away. I would never go here again.
queue's can be quite long and long wait's but staff are very nice and helpful, especially there managers really enjoy going here to see them, i just wish they were open for longer during the day
Worst customer service, waited in line 30mins , abrupt customer service.
