I have known the manager here for a while. I have to say it'ss great to see management actively interested in the welfare of the city and it's businesses. Convenient in the centre of town in the Glasshouse Plaza.

Westpac Warrnambool was a disaster to deal with,  we applied for a home loan and more than met all of thier loan criteria, waited for 3 months only to be told that they had lodged the application incorrectly. They lied to us and made us wait so long that we ended up losing the house.  The home loan manager was incompetent and unprofessional, we will never deal with Westpac again ... on any level. It might be ok for a large organization like them to treat us like that but for us, our dreams were shattered and we lost the chance to own our own home.

Really really rude staff. The young girl with the long brown hair really needs to get some people skills she’s quite rude to the general public I’ve seen this on countless occasions.

Superb customer service at a very stressful time.
