Opened an account online, called the customer service and they said you can walk in to the branch. Just to be safe i called the branch, nobody picked up so i left a voice message. Went to the branch and she said they can't open the account have to schedule an appointment. In 2023, if you have to jump so many hoops to open a bank account then it tells you how good that bank is No wonder they have to close branches, ing is way better
