I suggest you avoid using this branch.  The people can pretend that they're nice but get nothing useful done for you.  For your information,  I have requested to update my address twice but failed to have it updated online.  Finally I called the Westpac hotline to tell them my story to get my address updated.  I was given a token which had been deactivated before I called the Westpac hotline.  Well,  even the Westpac hotline staff feel sorry about my story.  What I could do is telling everyone who searches Westpac through Google Map that it is such a wicked branch,  don't go there or you will just waste your time!
