Worst customer service. Opened a new account and got my identity verified. Waited 3 weeks to get my card posted just to know that it was never issued in the first place after calling the customer care. Was asked to go back to the branch or give them a call. No one ever picks up calls at the branch.
Took my daughter in to get a new card. Pina was so kind and lovely. Gave my daughter some great hints on managing card, budgeting etc. So appreciative
The Bowral branch of Westpac would have to be the best banking experience that I have ever experienced. From the helpful staff to the simple, well explained account creation process it is always a pleasure to bank in the branch at Bowral
Just spent 20 minutes queuing in bank with a simple enquiry. Two tellers with complicated transactions and no one on enquiry desk. Queue nearly to the door. Not good enough!
Debbie was greatly helpful and patient while helping me sort out my biz account. Thanks Debbie.
