I was charged the monthly service fee by Westpac. I made sure to check the online website prior to walking into the branch to confirm that I was fully entitled to have this fee waived by presenting my concession card. I did exactly that and handed my concession card to the gentleman working at the front desk. One of the Westpac staff members overhears this conversation and begins to snicker at me while reiterating what I said with such arrogance as if to suggest that I was insane to think that this fee could be waived by presenting my concession card. In the end the issue was resolved, I was refunded 50% of the total which they overcharged me for and I'm no longer being charged the monthly service fee. I am just repulsed by the attitude of that one particular Westpac staffer that scoffed at my claims.

THE best ATM in the world. Was exactly where it said it was and gave me my money when I told it to give me my money.
