Must be your best choice of Chinese food in Brisbane, and defiantly value for money. Good for inviting your family and friends to enjoy yum together!
Use to come here as a teenager and food was always soooo good... came back a couple nights ago for take away and was greeted with very friendly service, the man with the "loyalty" tattoo on his arm is a asset to your business, he is very welcoming and friendly.... The food the honey chicken had this horrible smell that you could taste when you where breathing, kind of like old socks. It was so bad I didn't serve it up. The fried rice had no flavour at all and was claggy. My husband threw up 20 minutes after eating. I wanted so bad for it to be good but it was terrible. The 1 star is for the customer service from the lovely man at the counter
It was horrible, the food was substandard, the meat/ chicken was grizzly the soup was tasteless. They have icecream for dessert but we sat watching a boy load up his plate luck his fingers and then scoop more. The water melon looks almost colourless and was chalky. One of my worst experiences ever. Will never go back
Came in for the buffet lunch at around midday. The lady at the counter was very welcoming and nice. The food was hot and tasty and the self serve water was ice cold. All of this for $12 - you can't go wrong. Ambience is a bit outdated but the food was quality - will definitely be back for more!
Great value for money with the dine in all you can eat, it was very busy with lots of customers coming and going. The chef was constantly out checking what needed to be topped up and had a big welcoming smile on his face. Great place to get a feed with your family and also get quality food at a great price. The restaurant was clean and tidy with polite staff. Well done Westlake keep up the great food and service.
Good food, good price. Would be great of plates were warmed first as food goes cold quickly. Kids love the $1 unlimited ice cream. Lots of selection, quickly replenished. Christmas decorations are always a laugh year round.
Mostly fried food + a bit fought, but the host/waiter was great, gave u fresh watermelon at the end of the meal. Disappointing with the crispy fried duck, just fried rice with something tossed in,- gave it 2 the Dog.
First time last night and i can say this is the best chinese buffet i’ve tried anywhere in brisbane. It is worth the 30mins drive across the other side of the river. They have the most authentic delicious flavour in every dishes. Best lemon chicken, noodles, dim sims, soup, plum sauce, mongolian beef, and omelette. They had other dishes i haven’t tried yet will definitely come back for more
Our family goes to the buffet and really enjoy it. Our extended family introduced us to it and still go there for dates etc. The food tastes like...Chinese food? Staff seem friendly and we've never had a bad experience there. Can't talk about the take-away system as we haven't used it, but eating in the restaurant is very pleasant. I'd go there any time for any reason.
