1 star for removing early bird parking on level 8 rooftop, which now sits empty, for absolutely no bloody reason and no prior warning - only found out upon arrival and was turned away. Ridiculous decision that only makes me want to work from home more often.  if you work in Parramatta, sign up to become a Westfields member and take advantage of the free 4-hour parking then move your car during lunch

The car parking at Westfield is quite disappointing. It takes way too long to find a spot, and the traffic flow is poorly managed. The signage could be clearer, and the overall experience feels frustrating. It would be great if they improved the system to make parking smoother and quicker.

My husband and I went to this parking lot for the first time, just for a lunch. When we came out we couldn't find our car, so we had to ask the parking lot employee, a lovely female employee, who took us to the control room. The staff quickly found where we parked and led us to the parking space to confirm. Thank you very much, good sense of responsibility and service spirit.

Traffic management in and around the centre needs to be improved. Avoid parking in the old staff only section between levels 5&6 on the Campbell street car park

Went to park in level 8 early bird parking this morning and was told by a staff member upon entering that this level is no longer early bird due to management decision. No prior warning. This is just a money grab now that office workers have been ordered back into parramatta offices more days and Westfield is taking advantage of the situation.
