The most confusing car park ever. It has bridges tunnels. Not enough signs how to get to the shopping center from a car park. And the i have seen no signals how to get from westfield to the street. Got it as following cars exiting the car park. Otherwise gd. Large shopping.  Much more complex than burwood or bondi Junction ones tho. I suggest to match signs  with BJ one.

Drives us around the bend... literally!! But have never not found a parking spot, you just need to be patient and not too fussy. In saying that however, most times we end up in a similar spot on the same level. Exiting can be a bit of a wait depending on the time of day. If you are a Westfield member it's 4 hours for free. Every level has several Disability accessible parking spots. Haven't paid for parking yet... yet.

I had wrong information provided by the chic at Westfield Parramatta concierge desk. She just wanted customers to turn away quickly or something. Quite upset about it. So yes you need to review those staff and maybe sack some as they're lazy

Scentre Group are either completely incompetent when in comes to managing their carparks or simply do not care how much chaos there is entering or exiting as long as you've spent money at the Westfield you've made the mistake of visiting. Parramatta, Penrith, Miranda are all parking nightmares. Don't bother with emails as they simply don't respond.

After nearly an hour of looking for my car, two lovely girls from the carpark helped me out and gave me a lift in the golf cart to where it was parked. Very helpful and friendly !!
