Chose the wrong day Mothers Day to meet up with friends in Chatswood. Joined the queue of cars for the carpark. Quick access. Decided not to look for any spots under cover and went straight to the roof. Luckily I got a spot close to an access point via Myers to the complex. Easy access to the exit. Was under the time limit so no problems.

The carpark itself isn't the issue . It's more the clarity of the process you need to be aware of. There is a Westfield + app that provides up to 4 hours free parking. If you decide to use this method, be aware that if you pass this allocated time, it does start charging you from that time onwards. It will charge you immediately for the total time which will be the 5th hour rate. This will come as a shock for those who use any of the free hour incentives so please be aware.
This is my go to parking when I visit Chatswood. Unless I’m pigging out at my favourite Ramen shop Manpuku .nI’ve never had any issues with this parking spot. The fees are clearly marked at the entrance. Save $ by downloading Westfield Plus App and becoming a member.nFor people worried about app tracking. You can turn off tracking from this app by toggling “While using app”.for iPhone users It needs to know where you are so it can apply discount for parking.nAnyway, I’ll upload parking prices for Standard rates and Member’s rates.nI’ve driven into city parking where it’s like a skinny ramp going deep down and no way of turning back and when you get there the prices are $80 for an hour. Now that’s unfair.
