The garage itself is well laid out and clean, and there are maps by the elevators. In the states, many of our garages smell pretty awful, like urine, and this one did not. Again, very clean parking garage! They also have what seems to be a VIP level where you can get your car washed etc. It’s also nice that they have a Valet.nnYou absolutely must take a photo of your car and spot, because it is quite a large parking garage. That said, the exits are very well marked! And the levels are color-coded. And again, map by the elevator. See photo.nnMy issue was really the fact that, as visitors, we could not get the same free parking perks as people who live in the country. I know they give free parking to some folks if they sign up for the Westfield app, but unless you have an Australia or New Zealand Number, you still can’t sign up. Even though I had the Westfield app from the states.  It would be nice if people visiting from the states, or other countries for that matter, could also get the Westfield perks, because we’re shopping at Westfield anyway.

Special thanks to the 2 staff members who were doing traffic control at Purple Car Park around 12ish Sat 19 Oct 24 in the H section, who have been very helpful in locating my car. Their app can actually show my car was on the other side of the huge car park near the other escalators

Really good but way too much for me in regard to parking. I learnt to take a photo of my car spot. The entrance to get inside and the shops as I’m inside. There is everything that you need plus more. It does cross multiple roads floors, so if you don’t go much like me it’s good to have your bearings.

Really easy to find parking spot in this car park during weekdays. Four hours free parking for Westfield app users.

Very usefull if you are visiting Westfield shops.
