The abusive behaviour of security here is outrageous to the next level, which is unbelievable this campus treat some students like enemy. All reviews about them are true, including there was an exceptional nicer female security. They basically occupied/took over this facility like a tiny country but run the rules like “themselves”, and they easily get offended, and you will be troubled by them every time you go in there.
The security guard who wears a black jacket is so polite and nice, helped me find a room to study in. I was struggling to find a room and I had an assignment due, he saw I was looking a lot and he helped me. Thank you so much
majority of the security at this campus such as donna and sahar are so rude, disrespectful and disgusting towards students that are trying to socialise or study on their work. all what the security does is bully, harass and hassle students, making some students feel uncomfortable and unsafe. Meanwhile some students bully other students, some staff do nothing about it
Some security guards are so rude, if you’re not happy about your job leave it to nice people. Your job is to ensure students are safe not to disrespect them. Hanna is one of the very polite and respectful security guards. Thank you Hanna for your kindness, we need people like you in our university.
The female security guard Hanna is very professional and polite. Some guards are rude but since she came to Bankstown she always do her job in the best way. She always check on everyone and make sure is studying in comfort
