The female security guard Hanna is very professional and polite. Some guards are rude but since she came to Bankstown she always do her job in the best way. She always check on everyone and make sure is studying in comfort
The security was very rude to me and my friends when we walked into the university. The male security guard was so rude he told me that no people that have a M shaped hairline is allowed inside . Very very very very very rude I WILL MAKE SURE NOT TO LET MY KIDS OR ANY NEPHEWS , NIECES NEAR THIS RUDE UNIVERSITY ..........
i study at western sydney bankstown city, sahar the security guard is strict although she is very polite, very generous and always offering a helping hand. honestly i couldn't say anymore positive stuff. shes a beautiful person and a great security guard.
this male security guard or should I say female because his gay and has makeup, his makeup looks awful too, either way he made fun of my thumb toe and my middle toe that is separate, he also said it’s separated like me and my father, first of all my father is dead and has a receding hairline so I know you shouldn’t be talking, when you wear makeup, if you want to look like a girl, hit me up I take you to the arts and crafts to make you look like Oompa Loompa.
I am a student that comes to Western Uni at Bankstown almost everyday to study. However recently, the security staff have been straight-up rude towards the public and students. There's no need to be so disrepectful and raising your voice when asking students to leave.nnMe and my friend came to enter at 7:30pm on a weekday and the security said WSU is closed, however the front counter said it closes at 9pm to the public and I've also been there several times and this has not happened once.nnI've been also reading the reviews and many have made complaints about security. If the security was more polite and patient I would not have to write this review. I hope they get fired.
