We ordered 3m3 of trade soil but what was delivered was questionably a lot smaller than that. I emailed them a photo of the soil next to 1m3 pile of pebbles but they predictably said words to the effect of "it looks like 3m3 to me. Sorry can't help you." Don't trust them to deliver what you ordered. Western Landscaping Supplies, if you read this review feel free to delete my user account on your website. I won't be ordering from you any more.
Ordered a drainage gravel and sand online at 11pm and had it delivered by 10am the next day! Best price for product and delivery, and excellent delivery from Josh got it all the in driveway, no mixing between products, super nice!. Thanks!
Great value and excellent service. Delivery driver was very helpful and super friendly. Kealy called me the day before delivery and was also a pleasure to talk to. We have lots of landscaping projects for our new property and I'll definitely be using WLS in the future.

Soil was full of broken glass, plastic and nut grass. Price and delivery aren’t competitive. This is what I get for supporting independent businesses… the nearest competitor was far better in every way

Terrible customer service, don’t place orders online and put yourself in to a trouble. I placed an order by paying upfront and the website generated an invoice for me. When I called the customer service to enquire about my order providing the invoice number , the customer service officer’s reply was “ we don’t have your order with that invoice number, you have phoned to a wrong place man, you must have placed the order with somewhere else “. If a supplier issue an invoice with an invoice number, the supplier should be able to identify the customer when they quoting the invoice number and It doesn’t matter if I placed the order online, over the phone or in person.
Has anybody else had their windscreen or other damage following one of Western Landscape Supplies tip trucks ? Scott Wilson the owner told me they regularly get complaints of stone damage but unless you have video footage bad luck ! works out to be a lot of damage when Scott says he has 60 trucks ! Complaint has been lodged with Compliance - Qld Transport. At least we know the truck is registered. More to come. If you have had your vehicle damaged following one of these trucks feel free to contact me. My mate suggests to get a dash cam and follow his trucks around recording any stones etc coming off the back of their trucks. What do you think ?
My partner & I visited Western Landscape Supplies last weekend. We were needing to buy products for a landscaping project we are having done on our new house. My partner asked a staff member if he could assist us, instead the staff member just directed us to where some products were and we were left standing there. No one even bothered to ask if we needed help. We walked back into office thinking someone would assist us but were told "price lists are on the counter feel free to take one". We walked out totally shocked at the unprofessional service. We heard another couple who was near by complain about the service & they would not be returning. We drove a short distance down the road to another Landscaping Supplier Apollo Landscaping Supplies & received great service & advise. The knowledge, professionalism ,customer service & friendliness from this Landscaping Supplier was outstanding. We placed a order for just over $3000.00.
Terrible customer service. No communication, I called when the delivery was late and was told it would be there in 45 minutes. 45 mins came and went and then they rang to advise that they didn’t even have the grass. To make matters worse they knew they didn’t have the grass the day prior. Waiting until after lunch to get grass only to be told they they knew they didn’t have it the day prior….. really poor.
