Waited over 1h for a "same day" COVID swap. Staff was confused and didn't know what's happening. Everyone with other referrals got called in one after the other...

Waited 1 hour for a simple covid swap while everyone else was called in.

very sweet staff : had my first blood test and was very overwhelmed, but they made sure i was ok

Visited today for my second blood test in a few weeks. Both times staff are very friendly.  Today I even got a smiley face on my bandaid. Very nice.......and I am 52.

I was going to go here but I'm so glad I didn't. I rang up to get some information on something. The lady on the phone was extremely rude. Wouldn't let me talk. She hung up on me. Would never reccomend.

One of the worst place to get blood test. Waited for long time and here comes one asian lady who is very rude and arrogant. She don't know what she was doing. She was so much in hurry and the collected blood bottles  dropped in the waste bin because of her negligence. And doesn't even apologize. Worst

For a company dealing with such sensitive information you would think they would be able to fill out the correct D.O.B provided. They refused to change the information, therfore they now hold fraudulant information as the person with that information doesn’t exist. Extremely poor service with no willingness to help, 1 star is over rated.

Dont even bother. Was here for 20 minutes before closing time and no help at all. Not even a sorry were closed early. No receptionist. Just looked at me and walked away. Rung the bell countless times for nothing. Waste of time.
