I’m petrified of blood tests and I’m a ‘complicated’ case. However, this is never a problem at this clinic. The young woman who took my blood today was caring, compassionate and absolutely amazing at her job. Would never go anywhere else. Definitely recommend this clinic.

I have had many bad experiences with blood test needles etc. So I'm always worried about getting needles done. However Western Diagnostic Pathology was fantastic. By far the best needle I have had. Little pain and professional service and I walked in and got seen straight away. I highly recommend from my experience. Thank you.

Do not go here if you need a customised invoice. I had to run behind them for four months to get an update on my Invoice

The lady in her 60's is an amazing professional.  I go there every 6 months and she is caring . Nice and kind . But also efficient.

I will never go anywhere else for my blood tests. They’re definitely not my favourite thing to have done but I always see Karen and she makes the experience so much more bearable. She’s such a lovely lady and is so patient with me, couldn’t recommend her enough!

Did not collect all the samples ordered in the form had to go back later in the day. Not good

1 person on at 7am? Waited over an hour!

Over half hour late opening, poor service

Can't thank the staff here enough for being so patient and supportive when I brought my partner in. Wonderful service
