Brilliant service. But extremely expensive. I thought I would call local taxis but maybe a bad idea as they were $30 more expensive than their counterparts

Driver wanted me to put my small dog with cancer who was in an approved travel cage in the boot of his car. When I refused he abandoned me on the side of the road. The pick up address was a vet clinic as well and I had caught a cab from the same company there no problem. Never will use these arseclowns again,

Been using West Suburban for 18 years or so since I don't drive and have never had any issue. Maybe a few over curious, talkative drivers. But always quick clean and I know they are verified and not just a guy off the street like Uber.

Absolutely horrible service. The taxi driver was texting and making calls with his phone while DRIVING down the freeway. Absolutely dangerous. If you value your life, i would not recommend this taxi company.

Rang in advance to book a taxi for the airport. When I rang back the day before I required the taxi. I was told there was no booking. So poor service. Go Uber cant go wrong with them.
