I have always had great service from Wests. They are friendly, professional, efficient and do all they can to keep the price down. Highly recommended!

absoulute shonk,  quoted me $2500 roughly for service and brakes , promised me couple of days with the vehicle, had in total 7 days and bill came to $4200 , over charged grossly,  had to leave tools with him as collateral to pay bill as didn't have full amount at time , then was working flat out received calls " when paying bill " for 2 days  had   $2 grand worth of tools.    and also tried saying my radiator needed flushing and testing , would of been another 2 grand I imagine,   was around xmas time ,  must have a lot of grand kids . And i live just around corner .  OVER ALL STAY AWAY WILL QUOTE ONE THING THEN CHARGE THE EARTH AND NOT FRIENDLY PEOPLE > MOB OF BASTARDS

Called in to West's today after having trouble with my central locking and not being able to open my fuel cap.The guys were great they dropped what they were doing and helped me out, I took up around 20 minutes of there time and they didn't charge me a cent.
