The Indian Receptionist is very rude, abrupt and no sense of empathy. If you're unhappy in your job then don't work there. We are patients and need to be treated with respect.
When i arrived at 5:15pm the receptionist said they are closed because there were some peoole waiting at the back of the house. Obviously there was no one waiting, see attached.
Daughter and I have been seeing Dr Melanie Ng for over 5 years. She is the best - experienced, knowledgeable, caring and empathetic to our concerns.
Took my newborn baby. Do NOT see Dr. Lok. The rudest doctor I've ever encountered. My family members have also had terrible experiences with him and others. It seems the only Dr worth seeing is Dr Sethia. Don't bother otherwise!!
The doctor's are terrible here. They just take a touch and go approach. Shove you whatever can send you away and don't actually check anything or care about patients. It's fine to go once off to get a med cert or something simple but don't make them your regular doctors!
Medlab pathologist Teresa was kind and patience. I feel like she look after me. Very Smooth process to take out blood.
5 stars for Dr. Veena and Dr. Majid Golshan. While they're fantastic doctors, have had mixed experiences with the others. Especially Dr. Chen. My partner and I really do not recommend him.
