Based at Domain Stadium in Subiaco, the Team Store is open Monday-Saturday and all West Coast Eagles home games.

Wonderful brand new facility, excellent customer service & friendly staff :

Got told I would lose my Members discount if I cancelled my click and collect order and went into the store to purchase the items over the counter. I cancelled the orders completely and went to the AFL store and what wonderful experience it was very friendly and helpful. One door closes another opens.

The experience using the online store has been problematic more times than not. Wrong stock sent, no apologies, slow to process, delayed postage on every occasion this is after Covid so they can’t blame Aus Post. Shop elsewhere if you want reliability and decent service.  I hope someone reads this and uses the feedback to improve the service for all fans.

Well located, super easy to get there by train  Victoria Park station so we can easily have some drinks while watching a match. All clean and well monitoring, Covid safe, with hand sanitisers and thermometers around.

The west coast super store is great but they have a big problem with their security. My wife needed to use the toilet urgently and the security refused to allow her to go and said "he didn't care, it's not his problem" I find this appalling that he had no empathy and that the toilets are closed for customers.

Very lovely place to visit. Staff very efficient and courteous. The footy team are having a little difficult  but we know that all will return to our normal fantastic. Best regards to all. Kaye and Graham.

Fantastic Customer Service from the Team at the WCE Super Store. Thank you to Chantal especially, and her exceptional customer service. She is so friendly and went over and above to help me out.

If you need something within a week definitely do not order online.  It's so unpredictable and can be very slow delivery.  I have ordered online before and received my order within 1-2 days, this time it's been 12 days since I placed my order and I have only just received notification that it has been dispatched.  It was a birthday gift which has been and gone now so it's very disappointing.  Would have been much faster to go into the store and shop instantly but I thought I had given plenty of time for it to arrive.  Next time I won't bother at all.

Staff are always helpful. If you've seen something online but not in the store, it's could be out back and they will help to look for it.

Friendly people everywhere makes one so proud to be a foundation member of WCE. Cafe just great. Lovely to sit and have a coffee in piece and quite. Easy parking.
