A more inept organisation cannot possible exist anywhere else in New Zealand. I received a letter advising me that an appointment has been made for me next week at 3pm, for some reason by, I assume, the Doctor I saw last week who was concerned about my heart condition. As I Manage a Motel in Franz Josef, I requested that this appointment be made earlier on the day so that I can get back at a during daylight and so I can be here for guest check ins. I was informed that if I do not attend this appointment, the next one I can get is in August. If I expire prior to this "appointment" I hope my family will hold the WDHB responsible!

A rabbit warren in which one can become easily disorientated and lead one to become profundly .. LOST. The staff on the over hand are totally curtiousy, professional and often go out of their way to help. Here's hoping that I do not need their services again this year.
