I recently moved Summerset on the Landing and as I wanted to use a local business, I contacted West Coast Appliances to repair my Bosch Front Loader Washing Machine. It was nearly 12 years old and really didn't owe me anything but I thought let's fix it rather than get rid of it. The team of two arrived at the arranged time. They were well presented and I had every confidence they could fix my washing machine and if not possible they would let me know it was time to replace it. Unfortunately, when I asked if they were Covid 19 vaccinated, they advised they weren't and sadly I could not allow them to come into my home.
I had a leak in my washing machine and unsure if it was tap washer or something else, repaired quickly identified the hose was perished and replaced it with a new one and all great again. Service swift and efficient, only thing was having to wait 10 days for appointment, which shows how busy and popular they are.
I'm very satisfied with the service from the time that I booked up to completion of dishwasher repair. Honest, courteous, and friendly technician. The lady doing the booking and ringing for booking reminder was very nice to talk too! Will definitely recommend this to friends! :-
This has to be the best hidden gem ever. The service is real great from the first hello to install. Took my old stove away for us. I had questions and specific requests all had answers for me or ask some else, look it on their system. I got my stove when they said I would, brought it all the way without complaints or fuss. I am really thankfull for these guys and their knowledge. Best hidden gem ever, thee best. I will be back
Wow - West Coast Applicances in Porirua are absolutely outstanding. Have done a couple appliance repairs for us, and I've been impressed with their professionalism, courtesy and punctuality. The technician mentioned that they could sell and install a new dishwasher for me, as ours was on it's last legs. I did my due diligence -compared pricing for the unit, installation and removal of the old unit. West Coast Applicance's pricing was competitive, plus I wanted to support a local business. So I went ahead - it was the easiest purchase and install experience I've ever had! Thankyou. I thoroughly recommend them! Lovely to deal with - and local!
Very helpful and affordable. They give great advice and good quality products. I recently bought inlet hose from them for a bellini dishwasher and it works perfect.
