If you're black. DO NOT CALL THIS POLICE STATION. They will racially profile you. I wish I got the name of the officers. One Blonde white woman and One tall dark haired blue eyed police officer. RACIST. Better off calling city police station save yourself the trouble

I witnessed 2 amazing female officers at the Werribee bus depot dealing with a young female out of a divi van.  Myself and a bus driver sat there for 30mins.  These 2 young women were amazing their restraint and compassion was unequalled and she did not deserve it.  Could you please tell them how grateful we are tohthe1thetthemperslikel6themselves th

Be ready to waste 2 hours of your time waiting. Reported about someone using my motorcycle reg plate and me receiving impoundment notices, been a month and never heard back from them. Their phone line is useless which they never answer and not interested. Very frustrating to see how their whole system works.

Phoned several times regarding a full blown concert going on in my neighbpurhood at 11:30pm on a wednesday night. Called the station directly, not 000 so as not to clog up the emergency system. No-one answered. And here I thought they're open 24/7...No point making an online report, by the time someone sees it, it's too late for the issue to be addressed

I wanted to report my car was just stolen and it took more than 1 hour Beautiful building but inefficient and no reliable police I should come to police station where I should wait to speak to police office with no empathy at all I feel my taxes are going to the bin

The officer wasn't helpfull at all. Didn't seem like they cared. And told me I would recive a call. When I didn't receive anything.

I called to report something Very serious and is illegal………….but when I asked and continued the situation that happened and I now found evidence was asked if I’ve been charged or arrested with anything??? So the innocent/witness gets questioned when I’m only a victim of Crimes of the same same thing. Would I call Werribbee again NO would I let them attend to me NO I just won’t speak I tried to do the right thing but the phone gets shut in my face  wouldn’t expect more I guess that why people have to even suffer in silence  bcoz they aren’t listened too or taken seriously

Waited for over 2 hours and had to visit the station twice in one day and im PREGNANT to report an incident and threats ive been receiving. Extremely long wait and its very inconsiderate of peoples situation and conditions. You call 000 its not an emergency you attend a police station and  wait for 4 hours to protect yourself and safety Very unacceptable for a “first world country”
