We visited here in our search for a new family car. Erik was by far the best salesmen we came across during our search. He was extremely knowledgeable about the whole Kia range as well as other manufacturer's cars. Erik was very professional and had fantastic communication (in person, on the phone and via text). The customer service at Werribee Kia was by far the best we encountered whilst searching for my first car! Ash was absolutely fantastic - he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire experience and made it both pleasant and easy from start to finish. I couldn't recommend Ash highly enough, as well as Yonan who provided outstanding customer service whilst helping us finalise our purchase. Overall, the staff was brilliant and ensured a pleasant and easy experience. :)

My husband and our daughter both bought new cars from Peter. At all times he was helpful, friendly and courteous. Would definitely recommend him. If you need finance Vivek and Brooke were also very helpful. Definitely worth a visit.
