Wendy's at Grand Central AND Clifford Gardens are both horrible. I swear all Wendy's restaurants are all the exact same. I was lined up for a good 10 mins as the only person out the front of the store waiting to be served. 2 elderly workers were very slowly preparing the person's order before mine. During that time, 2 other people pushed in front of me to place their orders and the boomers who were working didn't even acknowledge me! The old love working had the audacity to tell the customers behind me that she "won't be a minute" while I was trying to tell her what I wanted. Extremely rude and definitely not a professional working manner. Shame on the manager.

The service is extremely bad!!! I wouldn't recommend anyone to go here. We went and it took us standing there for 5 mins to actually be acknowledged and even then there was no greeting or anything like that. The girls were all to interested in talking to each other then serving. When we got our food it was cold and was not what we had paid for. Will never give my money to this business again. For the record this wasn't the first time we had recieved such service but the food usually makes up for it. This was the last straw and if I could I would give -1 star.

Best ice cream I've had. Kids would totally love it

Really horrible, everything is cooked in a microwave. The shakes are never mixed proerly and they always forget somthing.

Great shopping here for a quick stop on way home from work
