Past three times I visited I have had to wait 20 to 30 minutes in drive thru. Food is good drive thru is horrible. The point of the drive thru is to get in and out 10 minutes ok but 20 to 30 minutes. We just sit there waiting and waiting until finally someone says can I take your order. They don't even say can you wait a minute or sorry we are backed up nothing. I am once again waiting....almost makes me want to stop coming here.
Every time I've ever gone to any Wendy's, when I order the pub fries they give me a quarter size of cheese and like ¼ of a single strip of bacon. I went today and they LOADED them up. Half a pound of cheese and bacon, fries were hot. I don't even remember what else I ordered, just how great those bacon pub fries were.Food: 5/5
I asked for 40 nuggets. They replied, "How about two 20-piece nugeets. Was asked to pull fwd. Paid for my order,Did not recieve a reciept. Waited about 15 min and received two 10-piece nugeets. Unfortunately, I did not realize this until I got all the way home to feed my kids. It happens all the time at Wendy's. I do love their food, but service is lacking.
Ordered 1 meal with 2 extra fries and they couldn’t even get that much correct. They forgot part of the meal, of course i didn’t see it until I got home. I called and she said all they could do was give what was missing…….So I have to drive all the way back and waste gas just for the nuggets they forgot to put in the bag. Nope won’t be coming back, if you can’t do that much right i’m definitely not coming back
Went through at 9:08 pm and the drive thru lady left her mic on after we asked for a momentwe only took about 1minute to decide and gather everyone’s order she then began to speak poorly about us all because we asked for a moment even though there was no line behind us. And then also proceeded to make jokes about the homeless because she dropped a coin out the window. Not pleased with being talked about while trying to order.
By far one of the most professional fast food joints on Greatmills Rd. Always pleasant and service with a smile. Food is really awesome also!Food: 5/5
Some days, this location has the most amazing food... but today I would have been better off throwing my money in the trash and not wasting my time. Because I ended up doing that with my food, I took two bites and could not bear it anymore before throwing it away. The chicken was impossible to enjoy. Dried out and tough like Jerky
I order a Baconator and fries. What I received was one patty instead of two. One piece of bacon broken in half instead of 6 and a wad of mayo. And those were all the fries in the bag. I used the drive up window and was home before I realized of course. This was not a mistaken order because there is nothing on the menu with one slice of bacon broken in half and a couple of fries. Nope. They just ripped me off. To make some use of this slop I shoveled off the glob of mayo, and fed the burger patty to the dog. This was really expensive dog food but it reminded me of a simple truth. Wendy's claims they have better food. They even have very clever and snarky frat boys who run their twitter feed, but the food is a hot mess and when they get a chance, they will rip you off.
I usually get good from this location but today was definitely a first for me. Half way through eating my breakfast baconator I bit through a piece of what looks like a brown paper bag. I definitely won’t be eating here again.
Horrible attitude from drive thru employee. I ordered a chicken sandwich and it was missing a lot of ingredients. Also the fries were just dumped in the bag. This Wendy's has gone down hill. I don't recommend this location on Great Mills Rd.
