Just a suggestion to the owners of the "milk bar", please teach/train your junior staff to treat customers like humans. it's not good service to make customers wait ten minutes while in the meantime not acknowledging them. Just a simple, "good morning Sir/Ma'am, we're busy right now but we'll be with you soon" couldn't hurt... By the way, I left your shop and went to Donut King and their service was way better. no disrespect to your junior staff as they probably don't know better. Good leadership starts at the top, so if you don't want to lose more customers, please review your training methods and how you treat potential customers because you lost me....
Ordered a “cheesy bacon loaded chips” Received soggy chips, fake cheese and ham for bacon... it was quite disappointing to see them throw it all together and then in the microwave. The dining experience was upsetting, minimal seating and lack of cleanliness. To top it off, there wasn’t a bin in sight for customers waste. Disappointing to say the least. On a positive note, staff member Naomi, was friendly and accommodating. A shame she isn’t put into a situation she could really shine and make a happy customer moment.
Ordered 2 chips with cheese and gravy, advertised price $4.50. and small milkshake.. after friend paid and we were waiting for our chips I worked out that the girl charged us an extra $1 for each chips.. when we asked why she said the grated cheese is extra.. no where does it say that on the board.. while eating our chips we found a hair melted into the cheese, we took it to the girl who didn't have a hat on, and she said it must have been ours.. hmmmmm trying to work out how we got our hair under the cheese before she melted it.. DEFINITELY will.bot be going back.
Had a great customer service experience, courtesy of Jadyn. Opened tastebuds to a whole variety of flavours that I would never have thought of mixing. Good wit, deserves a promotion!
Absolutely disgusting behaviour by the so called manager.she Got the order wrong and when politely told, even thou I didn’t want a refund but she processed to rant, it’s was my fault as loud as possible in front of customers. Never going back to that abuse.
Prices have increased from what I last remember them! Was shock when it cost $7.50 for a Vanilla thick shake
