The staff are still lovely and patient to all people travelling via Train to Melbourne and other areas. However, the Council Or Government need to place more seat's in the waiting area. A lot of Elderly were not able to sit while waiting for the train. If the Population want's to continue to expand in Ballarat, then the Train Stations are needed to be Upgraded also - 30th May 2024
Wendouree station is the last metropolitan service on the Ballarat line, it has recently been improved a lot as part of the regional rail network and it's coming along nicely, has a help desk and an adequate waiting area, however accessing the station could be improved a little.
Inside manned all the time. Two clean toilets. Heated in winter. Helpful staff.
