Lydia is incredible, she really cares about your health, history, and journey, and spends a thorough amount of time with you. I recommend her to everyone. The clinic often runs late but that’s because she puts in so much time and effort with each patient.
We had a very pleasant experience at Wellness Medicine, following one of the most difficult nights of our life with our 3 year old. The reception staff were friendly, kind and compassionate and completely went out of their way to accomodate and assist us. Our doctor, Dr Hickey, was also kind and compassionate and was very good with our daughter, who was apprehensive about coming. We also saw the nurse who was very friendly with our daughter, making her feel very comfortable too. We are extremely grateful to all staff for assisting us in our time of need!
I’ve been going to Wellness Medicine for years, and they are by far the best clinic I’ve ever been to. I see Dr. Lydia Senycia. She is always kind and actually listens, and genuinely cares about getting to the bottom of complex health concerns. The reception staff are always warm and friendly, and very helpful. I recommend this clinic to everyone I know! Especially those with who have had horrible experiences with doctors. Everyone here is brilliant and lovely :
I'm reluctant to even leave the one star minimum so I can submit my review. Great Dr who I was very happy with, terrible reception staff. When my partner and I had both our wallets stolen I had an appointment and said I could transfer of pay when my new card came through the receptionist said "oh your card got stolen, your wife already tried that one." My Dr who was brilliant was constantly under huge amounts of pressure to finish with one patient after a very short amount of time and move on to the next. They are extremely cold, bad at communicating and rude. Just focused on making money off sick people and not trying to look after them!
I have been attending this practice for the past 18 years and have had excellent professional care especially by Dr Hickey who has a broad spectrum of qualifications with an holistic approach which i like. I have found the reception staff and nurses to be helpful and very efficient. In all - an excellent experience
After getting my covid booster recently and checking on line, it seems like they haven't properly uploaded the details. Following them up by phone gave a huge dose of crickets - no response and no change online. Maybe 3rd time lucky?
The team of doctors here are excellent. Wellness Medicine has provided family care to us since the practice started. The doctors listen, ask relevant questions, discuss the options with us and together we decide on a care plan for our needs at that time. The continuity of care by the team of doctors has been important to us as we age and new issues arise. We are very happy with the wholistic care we receive.
I saw Dr Colleen Toner this morning for my son's anaphylactic action plan. I have to state that I found her extremely thorough and precise. She takes the time especially in this circumstance as she had not previously seen my son before to ask questions to ensure she is meeting the needs of her patient. In fact, she exceeded ours, as she also tracked down an allergist my son had previously been too but we could not locate and provided us with a referral. She has a very approachable and warm demeanour and we will definitely be back to see her. Thank you Dr Colleen Toner.
Have been a loyal customer for 3 years and spent thousands of dollars here. Felt cared for by two doctors I was seeing. Soon realized that this clinic prays on people with chronic conditions and the management cares only about making money and not the patient. The doctors left and after a recent conversation with manager who was very cold to me I complained for being charged $82 for just a referral to a specialist who I have already been seeing and appointment was under 5 min with 1 hour wait... I just would tell anyone with chronic conditions to stay away - it's a scam!
Atrocious service. I brought my son in for catch up vaccinations. The doctor I dealt with breezed in on each occasion and admonished me for "dragging my heels" and "inching along" though I explained my child was sick after each shot and we had to wait to administer next round. The nurse was friendly and nice but fudged when she didn't know an answer. She neglected to lodge our schedule for 3 months!!! I had to ring 5 times to get them to send out an email. told "the internet is not working today" twice and that I had given them the wrong email 3 times. This resulted in my application for childcare benefit being rejected -costing my family hundreds of dollars. Will never set foot in the place again.
