Story

At Welcome Home Rentals, quite simply we match great tenants with their dream homes. We believe in new technology combined with old fashioned values. Our tenants are treated with the utmost respect and we communicate with our clients continually to ensure a stress free process.

Property management has a reputation for being negative, filled with conflict and disasters. It doesn't need to be! Choosing the right property manager is vital for both tenants and property investors.

As a former tenant in my younger years, I remember being spoken to and treated like a second class citizen and I became determined to change the misconception and to build a business where tenants actually enjoy hearing from their property manager.

As a property owner now, I also know the frustration of paying for service yet feeling like I am a nuisance to the company I am supporting. I have experienced the frustration of not having my calls returned and having to follow up on promises that weren't met.

As the business owner and a fully licensed agent of Welcome Home Rentals I am driven to provide friendly service to those in my local community.

We're not interested in having the largest rent roll - I just want to make people smile. I want to see tenants have a home to make memories in and I want to see my clients have financial freedom and know that their investment is safe with us.
