These guys were very difficult to deal with. Last minute product changes/cancellations from their end, but if I wanted to change anything it would be a 30% return fee. Delivery was also late. It seems once they have your money unless you are a trade with repeat business they do nothing to help. You get better service, range of products and value down the road at Harvey Norman unfortunately.

Bought some beautiful Australian made heritage tap wear here and found the staff to be very helpful and creative. Lead times/delivery was all fair.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They gave us lot of professional advices on our bathroom renovation. Their products are very good quality, too. Thank you.

Friendly staff. Decent range with mid to mid high end pricing.

You can see why they have been opened for  such a long time experts.
